Account Registration

To open an account at Gbage Game, the following conditions must be met. These conditions apply equally to all members.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Accounts that fail age verification will be closed.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or bank account, all of them will be closed.
• The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• If you register with false information and it is flagged during KYC verification, all funds in the account will be forfeited.
• Registering under another person's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

The security of your Gbage Game account is primarily your own responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Gbage Game will never ask for your password by phone or message.

• Keep your password strong — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) keeps your account significantly more secure.
• Gbage Game is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account resulting from sharing your login credentials with others.
• If you notice anything suspicious on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when depositing funds on Gbage Game:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and online banking.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In case of a technical delay, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Keep your payment reference when making a deposit — it will be useful if any issues arise.
• Deposits from mobile banking accounts registered under another person's name are not permitted.

Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings. Gbage Game is committed to fast withdrawals, though a verification process applies.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for a first withdrawal or large amounts — up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be converted to cash once the wagering requirement is met.

Bonus & Offer Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at Gbage Game are subject to the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific terms.

• The Welcome Bonus wagering requirement is 15x — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• If bonus fraud is proven — including multiple accounts or false information — all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Festival bonuses are available for a limited time and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Gbage Game reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• To earn a referral bonus, your friend must register using your referral link and make their first deposit.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of betting on Gbage Game:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time of placing your order are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Gbage Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• For an accumulator bet to win, all selected events must have the correct outcome.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event — any amount exceeding the limit will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gbage Game. Any involvement will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for dishonest gain.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability in the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Assisting anyone under 18 in accessing or using the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Gbage Game reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• For investigation of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

An email notice is generally sent before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

• You can set deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• The self-exclusion option lets you take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
